LG-622

Classification:

LG-622 contains two epoxy groups per molecule, which participate in the curing reaction to form linear and cross-linked structures. Compared with resins cured with monoepoxy glycidyl ethers, the cured resin offers improved mechanical properties, including tensile strength, flexural strength, compressive strength, and impact resistance, as well as a longer pot life.

Feature

Description:

Chemical Name: 1,4-Butanediol Diglycidyl Ether

Appearance: Colorless, transparent liquid

Odor: Non-irritating

LG-622 contains two epoxy groups per molecule, which participate in the curing reaction to form linear and cross-linked structures. Compared with resins cured with monoepoxy glycidyl ethers, the cured resin offers improved mechanical properties, including tensile strength, flexural strength, compressive strength, and impact resistance, as well as a longer pot life.

Application:

Commonly used as a toughening reactive diluent for epoxy resins, widely applied in solvent free coatings, laminates, adhesives, and other epoxy systems. It can also serve as a cellulose finishing agent to improve the flexibility, fastness, alkali resistance, and dyeability of cellulose. Suitable for finishing cotton, linen, wool, and silk fabrics, it enhances the tensile strength of fibers. As a cellulose finishing agent, it enhances the flexibility, fastness, alkali resistance, and dyeability of cellulose. Applicable to finishing of cotton, linen, wool, and silk fabrics, it improves the tensile strength of the fibers.

Storage:

a) Packaging:

The product should be packed in clean, dry iron drums with tightly sealed lids to prevent moisture absorption. Net weight specifications include 25kg, 200kg, and other customized options. Special packaging requirements should be agreed upon in contract form.

b) Storage:

The product should be stored in a well-ventilated, cool, and dry warehouse. Outdoor stacking or storage is strictly prohibited. Keep away from sources of heat and open flames. This product has a shelf life of 1 year from the date of manufacture. After the expiration date, it may be re-tested according to the specifications in this standard. If it meets the quality requirements, the product may still be used.
