HT-100 As a raw material for the production of polyurethane, it is mainly used as the curing agent component of the light-resistant two-component polyurethane coating. The coating has excellent chemical resistance and weather resistance, excellent light preservation and excellent mechanical properties. The ideal coreactants are polyacrylate, polyester polyol, alkyd resin.
Paint systems formulated with HT-100 are suitable for self-drying or baking for OEM paints, automotive repairs, transportation vehicles, industrial products, and plastics finishes.

Precautions for Storage (use):
Store in a cool, dry and well-ventilated warehouse. Keep away from fire and heat. Keep the container sealed. It should be stored separately from oxidants, acids, bases, alcohols and edible chemicals, and should not be mixed. HT-100 can be diluted using ester, ketone, and aromatic hydrocarbon solvents such as ethyl acetate, butyl ethyl acetate, acetone, methyl ethyl ketone, methyl isobutyl ketone, cyclohexanone, toluene, xylene, etc. Generally with the above solvent has good miscibility, but must test the storage stability of the solution made, should use ammonia ester solvent (water content is less than 0.05%, no hydroxyl or amino groups and other active groups). Aliphatic hydrocarbons do not work as solvents.
HT-100 should not be diluted to less than 40% solid content. Solutions with low base material content may become cloudy and precipitate after long-term storage.
Compatibility:
HT-100 can be used with aliphatic polyisocyanates, aromatic polyisocyanates, polyether polyols, and polyacrylates, but the compatibility of the solution must be tested.
Shelf Life:
The product is sensitive to moisture and has a shelf life of 9 months when stored in the original airtight container under cool and dry conditions of 0~30℃.
