Feature

Product Usage:

MDA-100 is an aromatic diamine compound containing over 99.0% 4,4'-diaminodiphenylmethane and a small amount of 2,4'-diaminodiphenylmethane. It has a molecular weight of 198.26 and appears as a white or light yellow solid at room temperature.

As an important chemical intermediate, MDA-100 is primarily used in the production of MDI and HMDI. It is also extensively employed in the preparation of electrical insulation materials such as polyimide (PI) insulating varnish, polyesterimide (PEI) insulating varnish, and bismaleimide resins. Additionally, it serves as an epoxy resin curing agent and a chain extender for polyurethane elastomers. Products synthesized from MDA exhibit excellent mechanical properties, insulation performance, high-temperature resistance, radiation resistance, and wear resistance.

Packaging Specification
Composite paper-plastic bag, 25 kg/bag.

Storage Precautions
MDA-100 should be stored in a dry, ventilated, and light-proof warehouse. Exposure to heat must be strictly avoided to prevent oxidation. During transportation, ensure packages are intact and protected from direct sunlight and rain.

Shelf Life
The shelf life of MDA-100 is 1 year from the date of production when stored under specified conditions. If the product exceeds the shelf life but still complies with the technical specifications upon retesting, it may continue to be used.
